Popped in for lunch today, really enjoyed the fish and chips and the kids enjoyed their meals. Really great value for money and good food. Yes the decor needs updating but with good food and service who cares, we will go again next time we are in Great Yarmouth

We had 2 well cooked meals from the 3 course menu on offer. Soups delicious. All freshly cooked meat and veg, plenty of it too. Finished off with homemade apple pie and custard. Quickly served at a good price. I was fully satisfied as I dislike typical seaside fast food. Note! they only take cash at this establishment.

Very quiet as late afternoon. I had a lovely Roast beef salad as not overly hungry.Hubby had Chicken Kebab and said it was lovely. Lady had owned it for 59 years. Hats off to her

The lady serving us was lovely!! She is softly spoken so for the hard of hearing it is a slight issue. The meals were made to order and full of flavour while boiling hot. The roast lamb covered the plate and was definitely worth the price!! They could easily add 1 or 2 more and it will still be worth it. The plates are full of good food!! Definitely coming back!!

Absolutely brilliant place to eat. The people that are moaning about decor need to get a grip. Who cares if the food is banging?! Genuine family run place where they have grown old and still love producing great food for very competitive prices. Been there since 1964!!! Amazing. We always take a trip here on our visits to yarmouth and it never disappoints us. Whether it's the roast, steak, lasagne or pizzas it's always on point. If you go, I recommend trying any of the desserts as they are all homemade. The Paklava is sooo good. Portion sizes are great, you won't leave hungry that's for sure! I really don't care what you're looking at when the food is this good. Highly recommend

Having eaten here a few times now it's a great place! The food is fantastic and the staff are lovely. 2022 Update: still fantastic, the staff are lovely. I always eat here when I'm in town, the food is delicious.
